Which insurance providers do you accept in Puerto Rico?
We accept most major insurance providers, including MCS, Triple-S, First Medical, MAPFRE, Menonita, and MMM.
What happens if I do not have health insurance?
We offer affordable options for private patients: $75 for the first visit and $45 for follow-up visits.
Do I need a referral to schedule an appointment?
No referral is needed. You can contact us directly to schedule your appointment.
Do you offer services in both Puerto Rico and Florida?
Yes. Horizon Health has locations in Bayamón, Mayagüez, Aibonito, Sanford, and Kissimmee.
Can I receive infusions or injections without being a primary care patient?
Yes. You do not need to be a regular patient to benefit from these therapies. Call us to schedule an appointment.
